WHERE IS THE JUSTICE AND FAIRNESS IN THIS CASE?!?!?
How can this Judicial commissioner Ridwan Ibrahim ask the State Legal Advisor to represent Perak Speaker Sivakumar?
State Legal Advisor, Ahmad Kamal Md Shahid had previously claimed to be representing Zambry in a suit over who is the lawful menteri besar at the KL High Court.
Can't the Judge see that there is a conflict of interested?!?
And why was the judgement made in the chamber and not in the public?!
This in fact made it look like all of BN goons were in the chamber ploting together!
There were no one really representing the opposition during the judgement!!
This is not fair!!!
Are Umno's politicians, lawyers and judges illiterate?!! The state and federal constitutions clearly spell out the separation of powers between the executive, legislative and the judiciary.
This clearly means that the courts cannot interfere with the State Assembly!!
Any interference by the courts will violate the constitution and create an even bigger constitutional crisis which strikes at the heart of our Westminister system of government.
BN's gang are clearly hell bent on breaking all constitution law to serve their own selfish purpose!!
This is not legal and fair lah!
And since when is the State Secretary more powerful than the State Speaker?!?
Yet first time in history State Secretary can lock the State Speaker out of the Assembly!
This is UNFAIR AND UNJUST!!!
