Education Department barred SMJK Ayer Tawar from receiving a state allocation for tables and chairs.

I say this news from the Star and it just shows how desperate BN is becoming.

Are they so petty that they are willing to purnish innocent children for their political gains?!?

Dumb Statement made by People who are Slaves to the will of their Master!!

Going through some websites I came across some really stupid statement made by politicians.
It is so plain to see that there is an ulterior behind their statement.
I wonder do these people stop to think how dumb and stupid their statement was before issuing it or are they so obsess to please their slave master that they just don't care!

The deputy health minister (reported in Malaysiakini) said that he was unsure if what was leaked was a medical report."It seems more like notes and not a proper report," said Abdul Latiff.
"An actual medical report would contain more information and is properly written. What we have now looks more like the doctor's scribbling."

All doctors scribble on their report!! I would have doubt the report if it was actually written properly.
The doctor has already said that there was zero of everything!! What more information do you want to add?!?
For a deputy health minister to give a statement like that shows that he is more concern about pleasing his superiors than his integrity!

What does MAHATHIR stand for???

The person who invented this is genius!

When Dr. Mahathir was Prime Minister of MalaysiaOne lousy day in the middle of the economic crisis, PM Mahathir was feeling extremely frustrated and wondering how a neighboring country can be doing better than Malaysia . One of his aides said, I heard that the leaders consult Feng Shui masters to ensure prosperity for the country. Dr Mahathir thought if that was the case, Malaysia Bomoh also can, and went to seek the top bomoh's advice in the country.
After reviewing the case, the bomoh told Dr M that there were 2 things that he must do.
Step 1- You must blame the crisis on SOROS for everything.Dr M : But Why ?Bomoh: Because SOROS stands for 'Speculate On Ringgit Or Stocks'.You must blame him, and look at ways to control the ringgit and stock market.
Step 2 - You must get rid of ANWAR.Dr M: What! why him ?Bomoh: Because ANWAR stands for 'A Nation Without Any Ringgit'.
Dr M: But how ? This is most difficult to do, he is popular with the people..
Bomoh : Aiyoh, you bodoh lah! Look at your name, MAHATHIR.Make Anwar Homosexual And Then Highlight It Repeatedly

This one lagi best. The latest according to the trend.

Subject: M.A.H.A.T.H.I.R This is a new acronymn... stands for:

MORE STUPID COMMENTS

What I read in the news today really shock me at how uneducated our country's leaders can get!

1. Malaysia Today reported that, Senator Datuk Abdul Rahman Bakar called on the government to send a second astronaut to space after the success of the first one. He said "To put a stop on the space mission is akin to putting a stop on a child's greatest dream of becoming an astronaut,"

Hahahahahaha!!! What success?!?! What was the results of the first one! Our country's rakyat are struggling with everyday life and he is talking about a child's dream!!!
What a childish comment!

2. Malaysiakini's readers respond to our PM's comments (that the DNA taken 10 years ago was too old) was great and classic!! Everybody should go read it!! This article is free and does not need password!

3. Finally the DUMBEST most STUPID and IDIOTIC comment made today goes to...........

former menteri besar and Umno supreme council member Dr Mohd Khir Toyo.
He said that PKR leader Anwar Ibrahim had used his influence in PAS to derail the possibility of Umno and the Islamic party forming a joint government to rule Selangor in the wake of the March 8 polls.

HAHAHAHAHAHA!! Would they have even contact PAS if Mr Khir Toyo had not lost soooooo badly in the 2008GE?????

He also said that Umno and PAS could form a synthesis in championing Malay interests in the state which fell into opposition control.
but 'Anwar blocked it'

Mr Khir Toyo!! Don't try and con us lah! You are not interested in championing Malay interests!

You are only interested in saving your own backside!!! and just because the PAS people are not that dumb to fall for your stupid scam you blame Anwar for it!!!

Mr Khir Toyo also added that...
Anwar does not want to see Malays unite and that is why he formed Pakatan that thrives on the ideals of equality to the extent of elevating other religions on the same par as the primary religion in this country, Islam,"
Khir said this was proven by the fact that Anwar was being supported by 'extremist' Chinese and Indians via opposition party DAP and the Hindu Rights Action Force (Hindraf).

DAP members are extremist?!?! Then what do you call kris waving UMNO members?!?! Conservative ah!?!?!

Sometimes I wonder if this guy has a filter between his mouth and "@S"!

Proton Perdana too expensive!!! BUT...Mercedes-Benz E200 Kompressor is NOT!!! Hahahahahahah!!!

A state that is not exactly filled with rich people yet the Terengganu government can but 14 Mercedes-Benz!!!!!

The Star Online reported yesterday that..."Terengganu state bought 14 of the luxury cars for RM3.43mil to replace the Proton Perdana V6 Executive cars that had been purchased in 2004."

1. I think RM3.43mil figure is understated!
A quick check on the net and you will find that a Mercedes-Benz E200 Kompressor without any frills will cost RM350,000 already!!! Multiply that by 14 cars and that will come up to almost 5 millions ringgit!!!!!

2. The Proton Perdana V6 Executive cars are only 4 years old!!!!
Since when did the govt got so rich?!?! I thought we were suppose to change our life style?!?!

3. State Secretary Datuk Mokthar Nong said that the German cars were bought for the safety of the state officials who had to travel extensively and to reduce the cost of maintenance.

HAhahahahahaha!!!
Does he think that we are stupid ah?!?!?
Cost of maintaining a 4 year old Proton is more expensive than a Mercedes-Benz E200 Kompressor!!!!!

Please don't insult our intelligence!!
This is another very stupid comment add to the already massive collection of stupid statement made by a BN YB!!!

NOT HAPPY WITH YOUR BRIBE?!? NM WE TRANSFER YOU TO ANOTHER STATION!

What I read in yesterday Star and MalaysiaToday post was disgusting!!!
With regards to the Gemas Police fighting over bribe money, it was reported that...
The four policemen from the Gemas police station have been transferred out after a colleague lodged a report alleging that they received “ang pow” running into thousands of ringgit every month from those involved in illegal activities.
Malaysia is the only country where...
1. If you are reported for sodomising somebody... they send 15 police car to catch you!
2. Police will act quickly and charge you for defamation (got such thing as criminal defamation).
BUT!!!!!
3. If somebody report you for blowing up somebody else... little or very very slow action (if any) is taken against you!
4. If you are reported for receiving thousands of ringgit in bribe... they will TRANSFER you to another place!!!
WT#!!%@#^*#!!!!

HOW DO YOU JOIN THE POLICE FORCE AH?!?! I WANT TO GET RICH TOO LAH!

OXYMORON!!!

Do you know what is an oxymoron???

Well below are some examples of oxymoron.
Icy Hot
Start Stopping
Liberal conservative
Same difference
Jumbo Shrimp
Dumb genius
expect the unexpected
mini giant
Controlled Chaos
Soft Rock
Bicycle safety
Drink responsibly
Microsoft Works

Below are some of the oxymoron that are very applicable to Malaysia.
(Click on link for prove!)

Why own goal won't effect BN too much!

There is a lot of talk from the rakyat about BN scoring an own goal and how they will never vote for BN in the last general election. However after thinking about it last night, I realise why BN does not care if they are troubling us for their own gain!
Look at who they are troubling?!?! It is only the Klang Valley people and at most the Penang people (especially with the tourism funds issue and the cancelling of the Penang mega-project issues).
If you look at the chart below, these are the people who have not voted for BN anyway!

So what if you lose a football match by 10-0 or 1-0.
You still lose wat!
So why they care!!
Even through over 45% of the rakyat vote for the opposition, in terms of geographical location, we only cover a small area of the country.

SO what can we do about it?!?!
Can I suggest to Anwar Ibrahim, Lim Kit Siang, Kapal Sing and etc...
Go bluff our dear Home Minister again, but this time tell him that the demonstration is held in Johor Bahru, Kuching, Kota Kinabalu or even Kuantan lah!!

Maybe our YB will take the bait and mobilise another stupidly massive operation again and this time disturb the lives of other people from other states. Hopefully this will piss off our fellow rakyat and they too will not want to vote for BN in the next GE!!

Arresting Anwar - BN scores own goal (AGAIN!!)

I really enjoyed this article in Malaysiakini today...thought I share it with my friends!

Ong Kian Ming and Oon Yeoh Jul 17, 08 3:13pm
Barisan Nasional has a knack of scoring own goals. If there was an anti-Sun Tzu handbook on how to advantage your enemies, many of the BN's plays would be in there. The latest own goal scored is the decision to arrest de facto PKR leader Anwar Ibrahim.
Perhaps it is BN's penchant for scoring own goals which is one reason why Anwar is trying to topple the government sooner rather than later. Yesterday, we had discussed how Anwar might have overstretched himself in his quest to take over power. In a way, it was not that surprising that Anwar has chosen to try to form the next government as quickly as possible. If we put ourselves in his shoes, the political calculations become more apparent. He has to strike while the iron is hot.If Anwar were to wait patiently for the next general election to come around and try to win power through that channel, he would have to wait another four years or so, depending on what transpires within Umno in the interim.
The BN, as well as the opposition, were surprised by the electoral outcome in this year's election. Everyone expected the BN to lose perhaps as many as 40 seats but not 82. As such, the full weight of the state was not used in the run-up to the elections. There is no guarantee that the BN will not do everything in its powers – including using all sorts of dirty tactics – in the next elections to win back a two-thirds majority and the states of Kedah, Penang, Perak and Selangor.Anwar is well aware of this possibility, having witnessed or perhaps even overseen some of these acts himself while in the BN.
Fortune favours the bold. Right now, Umno is in a precariously weak position. Its president is an ineffectual leader who just oversaw the worst electoral result in BN's history and still refuses to step down. His deputy, who is also his greatest political rival, has been politically neutralised with a scandal hanging over him. Furthermore, the current state of voter disenchantment with the government is still running high, especially after the recent petrol hikes. The government is also scoring one own goal after another. Why not take advantage of the current situation and try to topple the government? There is no guarantee that these favourable factors will still be present in four years' time.
It has been said that 'fortune favours the bold'. Anwar has certainly been 'lucky' in his bold attempt to take down the government. The BN itself is guilty of providing Anwar with additional political momentum each time he has faltered. They failed to call his bluff that he had enough crossover MPs to form the next government when they refused to allow the debate on the motion of no-confidence in Prime Minister Abdullah Ahmad Badawi to take place. If they had allowed this, although it would set a precedence of allowing the opposition to successfully table a motion, it would force Anwar to show his cards, so to speak. Does he or does he not have the numbers?
If Anwar indeed had 30 MPs in his pocket, why did none of them stand up to support this motion? Instead, the BN chickened out, giving people the impression that they were scared of Anwar.Cops need Chua Soi Lek-type tapeThere are more examples from recent events. The massive roadblocks that they set up on the day the motion was supposed to be debated is clearly an own goal. The ensuing traffic jams – which stretched from Kuala Lumpur all the way to Shah Alam only served to further fuel public anger against the government. Nobody blames Pakatan Rakyat for this. When the drivers stuck in a jam on the Federal Highway, they don't see opposition supporters on the roads. They see policemen inconveniencing them for no particular reason.
Then of course, there is the latest and stupidest own goal: Arresting Anwar. This is the best way to generate sympathy and headlines for Anwar domestically as well as internationally. The manner in which the police went about this investigation was an overkill to say the least. From going to his house with more than 10 policemen just to pass Anwar a court order, to interrogating him for six hours, to requiring him to go for a medical check-up, to detaining him overnight – all these are actions reminiscent of 1998. Even if the police believe that Anwar is guilty of the sodomy allegations, they must know that without a smoking gun, whatever evidence they think that they have against him will not be deemed credible in the public's eye.
Circumstantial evidence may sometimes be enough to convict someone in court but in the court of public opinion, nothing less than a Chua Soi Lek-type videotape will do.Make no mistake, this is not any normal criminal investigation. The political leaders within BN and Umno must realise the high political costs of going after Anwar like this without incontrovertible proof. But perhaps not knowing any other way - except how to use the blunt instruments of state power - the BN has once again scored another brilliant own goal.

Police ask Anwar to show up at 2pm but arrest him at 12.55pm. WHY???

Look at the manner in which the Malaysian police conducted themselves!

According to Malaysiakini... Anwar was arrested and driven away in a 4WD vehicle with tinted windows, escorted by a convoy of 15 patrol cars.

There were also members of a special team from the serious crime division - sporting balaclavas and leather jackets - were also involved in the operation.

Balaclavas

15 PETROL CARS?!?! SERIOUS CRIME DIVISION?!? BALACLAVAS?!?!
Hahahahahaha!!!! The Police are so scared of Anwar ah?!?! Is sodomy a serious crime??

DOES ANWAR HAVE AN ARMY WE DON'T KNOW ABOUT?!?

Anwar's Army! Muahahahaha!!

AND WHY DID THE POLICE NOT KEEP THEIR WORD FOR ANWAR's 2pm APPOINTMENT?

StarOnline reported that Federal CID director Comm Datuk Bakri Zinin (pic) said that
"He (Anwar) was arrested as we had reason to believe he was not going to show up,"

SO WHY CAN'T THEY WAiTED ANOTHER 60MINS BEFORE GOING TO ARREST ANWAR?
POLICE TOO FREE AH?!?
SO MUCH PETROL AH!! UNTIL CAN SEND 15 PETROL CARS TO GET 1 MAN!!!!

Wan Ahmad Farid Wan Salleh, deputy home minister (pic) said (in Malaysiakini...)
"Even if the arrest was 20 or 30 minutes earlier than expected, what's the difference?"

IN THAT CASE WHY NOT ARREST HIM AT 2.30PM?!?!?! AT LEAST THEN YOU CAN SAY THAT HE (ANWAR) DID NOT SHOW UP AT THE APPOINTED TIME!!

Also reported in Malaysiakini.... Anwar's lawyer N Sankara Nair (pic) said that the police officers did not serve any warrant when arresting Anwar near his house in Segambut Dalam.

WHY DID THE POLICE NOT SERVE ANY WARRANT WHEN ARRESTING ANWAR??

According to Malaysiakini.... Anwar is to be charged under Section 377C of the Penal Code which relates to 'carnal intercourse against the order of nature'.

A recent amendment to the provision reads: 'Any person who has sexual connection with another person by the introduction of any object into the vagina or anus of the other person shall be punished with imprisonment or a term which may extend to 20 years and shall also be liable to whipping.'

SH!T MAN!! Is a finger consider an "object"?!?!
I bet you most ppl put their fingers into some type of hole during or before sex!
In which case we might as well sent 15 petrol cars to catch all the Malaysian who "finger" their wife during sex!!! Muaahahahahah!!!!!

DOES THIS LAW APPLY TO MUSLIM ONLY OR DOES IT ALSO APPLY TO NONMUSLIM AS WELL?!?

Good thing there is the word "SEXUAL CONNECTION" in the Penal Code or else Doctors and Nurses will all be in jail!!

Also in Malaysiakini......Ismail told AFP...
"He is not being charged with anything yet, don't jump to conclusions,"

Police can detain him for 24 hours after which they must apply for a court order that would allow them to keep him for up to 14 days without charge.

Let see if they follow the law themselves of not!

WATCH OUT!!
PKR said it would ensure that the gathering outside police headquarters remained calm as there were concerns the government was planning to launch a crackdown including further arrests of opposition leaders.

"There's a possibility that they would like to provoke so they can justify a much wider crackdown against the democratic movement in Malaysia," party's information chief Tian Chua told AFP.

“The police are trying to reduce hindrances and traffic jams too,” HAHAHAHAHA!!!!!! # WHAT A LOAD OF #!FU@K!&G CRAP!!!!!

Today the Star reported that our beloved Prime Minister said that...

“The police are trying to reduce hindrances and traffic jams (that would be caused if the demonstration go on) too,” he said, adding that businesses and shops expected the police to ensure disturbances do not occur.

“But at the same time the demonstrators say police have no business disturbing them. The police have a responsibility in ensuring there is no trouble,” he said.

What a load of RUBBISH!!!

Hello!!!!! The stupid road block created a even worse hindrance and traffic jam!!! And I am sure that a lot of business were effected by this unnecessary trouble cause NOT by the opposition but by our own police!!!

And dear Pak Lah!! The only thing you have done yesterday was to ENSURE THAT THE RAKYAT WERE ALL TROUBLED!!!

Pak Lah also said...“they can scream at the top of their voice and “not at these places (in the streets) because people have the right to go about their business in peace”.

That's right!!! We have a right to go about our business in peace!!! So pls stop the police from harassing us, when we are just trying to go to work!!!!

Also in the Star article...
“We have no choice as our main concern is to maintain law and order,” said City police chief Datuk Muhammad Sabtu Osman.

While Malaysiakini reported that Home Minister Syed Hamid Albar said
The police must make sure that public order is maintained and they have done that.
WHAT A LOAD OF CRAP!! #&@!!@*!
WHAT LAW?!?
WHAT ORDER!?!?
IT WAS TOTAL CHAOS YESTERDAY!!

Does the govt actually believe that we are all dumb enough to believe that the opposition is responsible for our trouble?!?

Can somebody tell the govt that this is a lousy tactic which is not working but will only piss everyone off and then no one will vote for them in the next GE!!!

DAMN STUPID TRAFFIC JAM!! Why is it necessary to jam up the whole Klang Valley for 1 man??

As it is I hate traffic jams!! But to have unecessary stupid traffic jam cause by @F#!%*@ people show us that we are really in BODOHLAND!

Anwar Ibrahim must be a very powerful man for the police to get a court order to bar him from Parliment and then have at least 600 police personnel are manning roadblocks along major roads leading to Parliament!!

There were scores of police trucks and jeeps, officers armed with assault rifles and even barbed wire place on both shoulders of Jalan Parlimen, which was guarded by a combination of about 100 LSF, uniformed and plainclothes personnel.

All for 1 man!!! What is he?!? Superman ah?!?
And what the hell is the point of half the other road blocks all around KL?!?
I wonder who is the idiot who thinks this is actually helping or providing a service to the "rakyat"!!!

SINCE when has Malaysia become a police state ah?!?!

BEST OF ALL our Home Minister Syed Hamid Albar said that they had to take "preventive action"
PREVENTIVE ACTION MY FOOT!!!
Look more like they are trying to instigate something then to prevent something!

He also said.... (as reported by Malaysiakini)
"I apologise to the public for the traffic jams but the police have to do their job to ensure a smooth access to parliament".

If this is how he ensure smooth access to parliment, I hate to see what he will do when he want to the opposite!

If the govt is going to make car road user suffer, at least make sure the public transport is reliable lah!!
Damn simple thing like that also cannot ah!

USELESS!!!

Cop vs cops in Gemas station

I been reading in the news about police raping a girl, police uses C4 to bomb altantuya & IGP got involve in fabricating evidence.

But the following news takes stupidity to a whole new level!
Yesterday the STAR newspaper reported that a policeman in Gemas had the nerve to report that he was not getting a fair share of the bribe from his superiors!!?!?!? ?!?

See here for extra news on this.

OK This is Malaysia and we all know bribery has become a normal thing (Thanks ACA!) but this is too much!!

It gets better!!! To get revenge, one of his superiors, report against the policeman, for allegedly selling station property to scrap dealers.

I know our PDRM wants to look up to their country's leaders for inspiration but following Najib vs Anwar case may not be the best example to follow!!

I want to know if ACA is going to look into this or is it going to be another unresolve issue like Mr Satayman's Istana in Klang!!
Finally I read this at What A Lulu blog.

Samy lossing it and blowing up at his own dinner function!

Pity he didn't call his good friend DPM to join him!

WHAT HAPPEN TO THE SATAYMAN's KLANG ISTANA??

I have to work on a Saturday so I decided to surf the net to check out a story last time I was very mad about.

1. What ever happen to Port Klang assemblyman Zakaria Md Deros Istana??
I know he is dead....but what happen to his house?!? Did it finally get permit?

2. How about his fortune he gain?!? Did ACA ever convicted him or corruption
(I read on the net that ACA drop all charges against him!)

3.Just because he is dead, does that mean that ACA cannot charge him and fine him??

WHY ARE THESE PEOPLE SO FREE?!?!

Read the following Malaysiakini article yesterday and again this just piss me off!

Family loses battle in 'bodysnatching' dispute
Jul 7, 08 1:19pm
A Hindu family today lost a court battle with Islamic authorities over the rights to the body of their relative who a religious syariah court declared to be Muslim.
In the nation's latest dispute over Islamic conversion, the family of Elangesvaran Benedict, who committed suicide last month, said he remained a Hindu and should be buried according to the rites of the religion. The Penang High Court however dismissed an application for an injunction pending an appeal to the Court of Appeal made by a mee seller to stop the Islamic authorities from claiming the body his stepbrother.
Why can't the authorities just leave the poor family alone to bury their dead!
Do they get extra brownie points with their God if they force people to convert to their religion even after they are dead?!?!

Religious Persecution: Malaysian Methods

A church in Johor was demolished recently

I stumble upon this blog while surfing in cyberspace. It has a lot of links to news on how the current government has committed religious persecution against Malaysian. I think it is worth the effort to tell people about this. So please, please, please, take some time to check out the news and do not be a "katak bawah tempurung". Especially if you value your religious freedom!

PI P Balasubramaniam has made a second SD stating that his first SD was a lie and that it was made under duress! What do you think!

I found a blog where it showed 2 pictures of the Bala guy during his first and second press conference. Judge for yourself which one Mr Bala is more at easy and which one he looks more under duress.

During the first SD

During the second SD

Also it is interesting to note that almost all the parts I highlighted in red in my previous entry was the part where Mr Bala said was untrue.....hmm........

RM428 mil for mosques, RM8 mil for temples, churches

I got this one also from Malaysiakini...

Rahmah Ghazali Jul 3, 08 5:54pm The government revealed it spent RM428 million for mosques and RM8 million for temples and churches between 2005 and 2008, this among other snippets today.
MCPX

RM428 mil for mosques, RM8 mil for temples and churches

The government gave RM428 million for the construction of mosques and RM8 million for the construction of temples and churches between 2005 and 2008.

Answering Nga Kor Ming's (DAP-Taiping) written question, deputy minister of internal security Johari Baharom explained that allocations for 2009 and 2010 has not been finalised, but assured that the government will deliberate on the matter in due time.

Johari added, that the government has been disbursing RM1 million per year for temples/churches and Hindu temples respectively for physical construction projects.

Information like this really piss me off!!!
I feel like I am about to blow up man!!

Private investigator P Balasubramaniam Statutory Declaration

The following is the Statutory Declaration by an ex-police officer with the Royal Malaysian Police Force, from the Special Branch. Mr. P Balasubramaniam who was apparently Abdul Razak Baginda's former private investigator made the following SD. (I got this from Malaysiakini today and I decided to put this up for people to see as I felt this is important for every Malaysian to read!)

The following is the full 16-page statutory declaration sign by Abdul Razak Baginda's former private investigator P Balasubramaniam on July 1.
MCPX

I, Balasubramaniam a/l Perumal ... do solemly and sincerely declare as follows:

1. I have been a police officer with the Royal Malaysian Police Force, having joined as a constable in 1981 attached to the police field force. I was then promoted to the rank of lance corporal and finally resigned from the police force in 1998 when I was with the Special Branch.

2. I have been working as a freelance private investigator since I left the police force.

3. Sometime in June or July 2006, I was employed by Abdul Razak Baginda for a period of 10 days to look after him at his office at the Bangunan Getah Asli, Jalan Ampang between the hours of 8am to 5pm each working day as apparently he was experiencing disturbances from a third party.

4. I resigned from this job after 2½ days as I was not receiving any proper instructions.

5. I was however re-employed by Abdul Razak Baginda on the Oct 5, 2006 as he had apparently received a harassing phone call from a Chinese man calling himself ASP Tan who had threatened him to pay his debts. I later found out this gentleman was in fact a private investigator called Ang who was employed by a Mongolian woman called Altantuya Shaaribuu.

6. Abdul Razak Baginda was concerned that a person by the name of Altantuya Shaaribuu, a Mongolian woman, was behind this threat and that she would be arriving in Malaysia very soon to try and contact him.

7. Abdul Razak Baginda informed me that he was concerned by this as he had been advised that Altantuya Shaaribuu had been given some powers by a Mongolian ‘bomoh’ and that he could never look her in the face because of this.

8. When I enquired as to who this Mongolian woman was, Abdul Razak Baginda informed me that she was a friend of his who had been introduced to him by a VIP and who asked him to look after her financially.

9. I advised him to lodge a police report concerning the threatening phone call he had received from the Chinese man known as ASP Tan but he refused to do so as he informed me there were some high-profile people involved.

10. Abdul Razak Baginda further told me that Altantuya Shaaribuu was a great liar and good in convincing people. She was supposed to have been very demanding financially and that he had even financed a property for her in Mongolia.

11. Abdul Razak Baginda then let me listen to some voice messages on his handphone asking him to pay what was due otherwise he would be harmed and his daughter harassed.

12. I was therefore supposed to protect his daughter Rowena as well.

13. On Oct 9, 2006 I received a phone call from Abdul Razak Baginda at about 9.30am informing me that Altantuya was in his office and he wanted me there immediately. As I was in the midst of a surveillance, I sent my assistant Suras to Abdul Razak Baginda’s office and I followed a little later. Suras managed to control the situation and had persuaded Altantuya and her two friends to leave the premises. However Altantuya left a note written on some Hotel Malaya notepaper, in English, asking Abdul Razak Baginda to call her on her handphone (number given) and wrote down her room number as well.

14. Altantuya had introduced herself to Suras as ‘Aminah’ and had informed Suras she was there to see her boyfriend Abdul Razak Baginda.

15. These three Mongolian girls however returned to Abdul Razak Baginda’s office at the Bangunan Getah Asli, Jalan Ampang again, the next day at about 12 noon. They did not enter the building but again informed Suras that they wanted to meet Aminah’s boyfriend, Abdul Razak Baginda.

16. On Oct 11, 2006, Aminah returned to Abdul Razak Baginda’s office on her own and gave me a note to pass to him, which I did. Abdul Razak Baginda showed me the note which basically asked him to call her urgently.

17. I suggested to Abdul Razak Baginda that perhaps it may be wise to arrange for Aminah to be arrested if she harassed him further, but he declined as he felt she would have to return to Mongolia as soon as her cash ran out.

18. In the meantime, I had arranged for Suras to perform surveillance on Hotel Malaya to monitor the movements of these three Mongolian girls, but they recognised him. Apparently they become friends with Suras after that and he ended up spending a few nights in their hotel room.

19. When Abdul Razak Baginda discovered Suras was becoming close to Aminah he asked me to pull him out from Hotel Malaya.

20. On the Oct 14, 2006, Aminah turned up at Abdul Razak Baginda’s house in Damansara Heights when I was not there. Abdul Razak Baginda called me on my handphone to inform me of this so I rushed back to his house. As I arrived, I noticed Aminah outside the front gates shouting “Razak, bastard, come out from the house”. I tried to calm her down but couldn’t, so I called the police who arrived in two patrol cars. I explained the situation to the police, who took her away to the Brickfields police station.

21. I followed the patrol cars to Brickfields police station in a taxi. I called Abdul Razak Baginda and his lawyer Dirren to lodge a police report but they refused.

22. When I was at the Brickfields police station, Aminah’s own private investigator, one Mr Ang arrived and we had a discussion. I was told to deliver a demand to Abdul Razak Baginda for US$500,000 and three tickets to Mongolia, apparently as commission owed to Aminah from a deal in Paris.

23. As Aminah had calmed down at this stage, a policewoman at the Brickfields police station advised me to leave and settle the matter amicably.

24. I duly informed Abdul Razak Baginda of the demands Aminah had made and told him I was disappointed that no one wanted to back me up in lodging a police report. We had a long discussion about the situation when I expressed a desire to pull out of this assignment.

25. During this discussion and in an attempt to persuade me to continue my employment with him, Abdul Razak Baginda informed me that:

1) He had been introduced to Aminah by Najib Razak at a diamond exhibition in Singapore.

2) Najib Razak informed Abdul Razak Baginda that he had a sexual relationship with Aminah and that she was susceptible to anal intercourse.

3) Najib Razak wanted Abdul Razak Baginda to look after Aminah as he did not want her to harass him since he was now the deputy prime minister.

4) Najib Razak, Abdul Razak Baginda and Aminah had all been together at a dinner in Paris.

5) Aminah wanted money from him as she felt she was entitled to a US$500,000 commission on a submarine deal she assisted with in Paris.

26. On Oct 19, 2006, I arrived at Abdul Razak Baginda’s house in Damansara Heights to begin my night duty. I had parked my car outside as usual. I saw a yellow Proton Perdana taxi pass by with three ladies inside, one of whom was Aminah. The taxi did a U-turn and stopped in front of the house where these ladies rolled down the window and wished me ‘Happy Deepavali’. The taxi then left.

27. About 20 minutes later the taxi returned with only Aminah in it. She got out of the taxi and walked towards me and started talking to me. I sent an SMS to Abdul Razak Baginda informing him “Aminah was here”. I received an SMS from Razak instructing me “to delay her until my man comes”.

28. Whist I was talking to Aminah, she informed me of the following:

1) That she met Abdul Razak Baginda in Singapore with Najib Razak.
2) That she had also met Abdul Razak Baginda and Najib Razak at a dinner in Paris.

3) That she was promised a sum of US$500,000.00 as commission for assisting in a submarine deal in Paris.

4) That Abdul Razak Baginda had bought her a house in Mongolia but her brother had refinanced it and she needed money to redeem it.

5) That her mother was ill and she needed money to pay for her treatment.

6) That Abdul Razak Baginda had married her in Korea as her mother is Korean whilst her father was a Mongolian/Chinese mix.

7) That if I wouldn’t allow her to see Abdul Razak Baginda, would I be able to arrange for her to see Najib Razak.

29. After talking to Aminah for about 15 minutes, a red Proton Aeroback arrived with a woman and two men. I now know the woman to be lance corporal Rohaniza and the men, Azilah Hadri and Sirul Azahar. They were all in plainclothes. Azilah walked towards me while the other two stayed in the car.

30. Azilah asked me whether the woman was Aminah and I said “Yes”. He then walked off and made a few calls on his handphone. After 10 minutes another vehicle, a blue Proton Saga, driven by a Malay man, passed by slowly. The drivers window had been wound down and the driver was looking at us.

31. Azilah then informed me they would be taking Aminah away. I informed Aminah they were arresting her. The other two persons then got out of the red Proton and exchanged seats so that lance corporal Rohaniza and Aminah were in the back while the two men were in the front. They drove off and that is the last I ever saw of Aminah.

32. Abdul Razak Baginda was not at home when all this occurred.

33. After Oct 19, 2006, I continued to work for Abdul Razak Baginda at his house in Damansara Heights from 7pm to 8am the next morning, as he had been receiving threatening text messages from a woman called ‘Amy’ who was apparently ‘Aminah’s’ cousin in Mongolia.

34. On the night of Oct 20, 2006, both of Aminah’s girlfriends turned up at Abdul Razak Baginda’s house enquiring where Aminah was. I informed them she had been arrested the night before.

35. A couple of nights later, these two Mongolian girls, Mr Ang and another Mongolian girl called ‘Amy’ turned up at Abdul Razak Baginda’s house looking for Aminah as they appeared to be convinced she was being held in the house.

36. A commotion began so I called the police who arrived shortly thereafter in a patrol car. Another patrol car arrived a short while later in which was the investigating officer from the Dang Wangi police station who was in charge of the missing persons report lodged by one of the Mongolians girls, I believe was Amy.

37. I called Abdul Razak Baginda who was at home to inform him of the events taking place at his front gate. He then called DSP Musa Safri and called me back informing me that Musa Safri would be calling handphone and I was to pass the phone to the inspector from Dang Wangi police station.

38. I then received a call on my handphone from Musa Safri and duly handed the phone to the Dang Wangi inspector. The conversation lasted 3-4 minutes after which he told the girls to disperse and to go to see him the next day.

39. On or about Oct 24, 2006, Abdul Razak Baginda instructed me to accompany him to the Brickfields police station as he had been advised to lodge a police report about the harassment he was receiving from these Mongolian girls.

40. Before this, Amy had sent me an SMS informing me she was going to Thailand to lodge a report with the Mongolian consulate there regarding Aminah’s disappearance. Apparently she had sent the same SMS to Abdul Razak Baginda. This is why he told me he had been advised to lodge a police report.

41. Abdul Razak Baginda informed me that DPS Musa Safri had introduced him to one DSP Idris, the head of the criminal division, Brickfields police station, and that Idris had referred him to ASP Tonny.

42. When Abdul Razak Baginda had lodged his police report at Brickfields police station, in front of ASP Tonny, he was asked to make a statement but he refused as he said he was leaving for overseas. He did however promise to prepare a statement and hand ASP Tonny a thumbdrive. I know that this was not done as ASP Tonny told me.

43. However ASP Tonny asked me the next day to provide my statement instead and so I did.

44. I stopped working for Abdul Razak Baginda on Oct 26, 2006 as this was the day he left for Hong Kong on his own.
45. In mid-November 2006, I received a phone call from ASP Tonny from the IPK Jalan Hang Tuah asking me to see him regarding Aminah’s case. When I arrived there I was immediately arrested under Section 506 of the Penal Code for criminal intimidation.

46. I was then placed in the lock up and remanded for five days. On the third day, I was released on police bail.

47. At the end of November 2006, the D9 department of the IPK sent a detective to my house to escort me to the IPK Jalan Hang Tuah. When I arrived, I was told I was being arrested under Section 302 of the Penal Code for murder. I was put in the lock up and remanded for seven days.

48. I was transported to Bukit Aman where I was interrogated and questioned about an SMS I had received from Abdul Razak Baginda on Oct 19, 2006 which read “delay her until my man arrives”. They had apparently retrieved this message from Abdul Razak Baginda’s handphone.

49. They then proceeded to record my statement from 8.30 am to 6pm everyday for seven consecutive days. I told them all I knew including everything Abdul Razak Baginda and Aminah had told me about their relationships with Najib Razak but when I came to sign my statement, these details had been left out.

50. I have given evidence in the trial of Azilah, Sirul and Abdul Razak Baginda at the Shah Alam High Court. The prosecutor did not ask me any questions in respect of Aminah’s relationship with Najib Razak or of the phone call I received from DSP Musa Safri, whom I believe was the ADC for Najib Razak and/or his wife.

51. On the day Abdul Razak Baginda was arrested, I was with him at his lawyers office at 6.30am. Abdul Razak Baginda informed us that he had sent Najib Razak an SMS the evening before as he refused to believe he was to be arrested, but had not received a response.

52. Shortly thereafter, at about 7.30am, Abdul Razak Baginda received an SMS from Najib Razak and showed, this message to both myself and his lawyer. This message read as follows: “ I am seeing IGP at 11am today … matter will be solved … be cool”.

53. I have been made to understand that Abdul Razak Baginda was arrested the same morning at his office in the Bangunan Getah Asli, Jalan Ampang.

54. The purpose of this Statutory declaration is to:

1) State my disappointment at the standard of investigations conducted by the authorities into the circumstances surrounding the murder of Altantuya Shaaribuu.

2) Bring to the notice of the relevant authorities the strong possibility that there are individuals other than the three accused who must have played a role in the murder of Altantuya Shaaribuu.

3) Persuade the relevant authorities to reopen their investigations into this case immediately so that any fresh evidence may be presented to the court prior to submissions at the end of the prosecutions case.

4) Emphasise the fact that having been a member of the Royal Malaysian Police Force for 17 years, I am absolutely certain no police officer would shoot someone in the head and blow up their body without receiving specific instructions from their superiors first.

5) Express my concern that should the defence not be called in the said murder trial, the accused, Azilah and Sirul will not have to swear on oath and testify as to the instructions they received and from whom they were given.

55. And I make this solemn declaration conscientiously believing the same be true and by virtue of the provisions of the Statutory Declaration Act 1960.

Malaysiakini also reported that Anwar ask the following question, which frankly, I want answer to as well!

a) Suppression of evidence by the police investigating officers and those responsible for prosecuting this case. Such suppression could only have happened with the full knowledge of top public officials such as the IGP and the AG.

b) The question is also raised as to whether such suppression of evidence was the reason behind the last minute switch in DPP's handling the case - where the head of the Criminal Division of the AG's Chambers, Yusuf Zainal Abiden was completely sidelined from the case leading him and the senior DPP originally slotted for the case Sallehudin Saidin to put in papers for early retirement some months later.

c) Questions can be raised now with regard to the sudden switching of the judge fixed to hear the case which took place in March 2007 - why was this really done?

d) Did Najib lie when he said that he had never met Altantuya before?

e) Did Najib lie when he said that he was not involved in any commission deals for the purchases of the Scorpene submarines"
