Best RPK Article Yet! ~ A Must Read!

I know RPK article gets a lot of coverage but I just have to highlight this article (especially) cause it made me laugh so hard I almost cried!!

You have to respect this guy! This is a guy on the run from the Police but yet has the guts to turn around and mock them!! HAhahahahaha!! I bet the boys in blue are piss of like crazy reading this article!

The Special Branch wanted to know how much of these tactics were being used to enable Anwar to communicate with the outside world and thereby organise his Reformasi Movement and other political activities from behind the high walls of the Sungai Buloh Prison.

NO HOLDS BARRED
Raja Petra Kamarudin

When I was about 11 or 12 years old, I was made to sit for an IQ test. I just enjoyed these tests because I had already done many before that. You see, my parents subscribed me to the Junior Readers Digest and every month, whenever I received my copies, I would relish reading them from cover to cover. One of my favourite chapters was the one on IQ tests. My favourite question was the one about the bridge closing at 7.00pm and a guard being placed in the middle of the bridge to prevent anyone from crossing it. Those on the left bank would not be allowed to cross over to the right bank and vice versa. The question was: you arrived at the bridge at 11.00pm and found the guard asleep in the middle of the bridge. If you crossed the bridge the guard would wake up and catch you trying to cross and will force you to go back the way you came. So how are you going to cross the bridge to get home?

Hmm….this was one tricky question.
I pondered for a while and my reply was I would quietly creep across the bridge and just before I reached the guard I would turn around and walk back the way I came. I would then make a lot of noise, which would wake the guard up. The guard, seeing that I was trying to sneak across the bridge, would chase me and catch me and force me to return to the opposite direction. And the opposite direction is where I actually wanted to go in the first place. So that would be how I would get to cross the bridge and go home. But this would mean the guard would have to be not too bright and can be easily fooled. He sees you heading back from where you came and he would think that you came from the other direction. So he would force you back to the opposite direction, thinking this is where you came from rather than this is where you actually wanted to go in the first place.

Confusing?
Not really. All you need to do is to create the impression that you are coming from one direction whereas you are actually coming from the opposite direction. And when they force you to return to the direction they thought you were coming from, you end up, with their help, heading for the direction you really wanted to go.

And this is the cat and mouse game that one has to play with the officers in blue from the Royal Malaysian Police.
The officers in the Malaysian police force rejoice when they think they have got you covered and have figured out your every move. They monitor your movements, your phone calls, those of your friends, and whatnot. If they don’t get what they want they will dig deeper. And maybe, in the end, they will find what they want to know. So you need to give them something to work on. Let them think they have got you, whereas it is you who have got them.

For example, on 10 April 2001, the police picked up four people under the Internal Security Act -- Tian Chua, Saari Sungib, Hishamuddin Rais and Ezam Mohd Nor. The police had been following me for three days and I knew I was also about to be picked up.I got into my car and with my wife driving we went to our daughter’s apartment. My wife noticed we were being followed. That evening, my wife went out to buy some ice cream and she saw a bunch of police officers loitering at the entrance. She knew they were waiting for me.The next morning, we left the apartment, and about one kilometre down the road, they stopped our car and took me in. I could have sneaked out the back and would have been able to give them the slip, but it was crucial that we find out what their game plan was.

To cut a long 54-day story short, Anwar was facing nine criminal charges and was already convicted for the first and was facing trial for the second. He was eventually found guilty for both and his jail sentences were made to run consecutive rather than concurrent. The first conviction attracted a six-year jail sentence and the second nine years. Together with the seven months remand period during the trial, Anwar was given a 15 years and seven months jail sentence. And he still had seven more trials to go through.Anwar was probably going to be in jail for at least 100 years, which meant he was going to die in jail.

My interrogation took 54 days and my signed ‘confession’ was more than 200 pages. There was a lot they asked me and a lot I told them. The most crucial piece of information they wanted was how did Anwar manage to run the Reformasi Movement from behind the high walls of the Sungai Buloh Prison? They knew the Reformasi Movement was being guided and run by Anwar. They just did not know how it was being done.I was posed this question and I spilled the beans. I could not hold anything back.

The information just flowed.
We meet Anwar in court during his many trials and that is when he dishes out his instructions. In fact, not only the Reformasi Movement, but also the party itself is run in this manner. We look forward to his trial dates because that is when we are able to meet Anwar and receive instructions from him. Three days later, the Special Branch officers came to see me, bringing a copy of a newspaper. “Read this,” they told me. It was the newspaper headline about the government dropping the balance seven charges against Anwar.“So, now there are no more trials. Anwar will no longer be going to court. So how are you people going to meet him now?”“Aiyah,” I said, with a very disappointed and dejected look on my face. “Now the link to Anwar has been severed. There would be no way we can continue meeting him to get further instructions from him.”I sat back and looked my Special Branch officers in the face. They had this very pleased look, as it they had pulled off the coup of the century.

These are five very happy Special Branch officers.
They even offered me a cigarette and ordered some Kentucky Fried Chicken for my lunch. They had broken the link of communication between Anwar and the outside world. That is the end of Anwar’s communication network. The Special Branch officers were probably made to sit for a course where they studied how Chin Peng communicated with his guerrillas in the Pahang, Perak and Kelantan jungles, plus those along the Malaysian-Thai border. I, in fact, discussed this with them and knew of the ‘dead letter boxes’ and all such primitive communication methods of 50 years or so ago.The Special Branch knew that I knew. And I knew that the Special Branch knew that I knew. So they wanted to know how much of these tactics were being used to enable Anwar to communicate with the outside world and thereby organise his Reformasi Movement and other political activities. Well, I could not hold anything back. I spilled my guts out and told them everything.

And the result of that was they dropped the balance seven charges against Anwar so that he can be cut off from the outside world and can no longer direct things from behind the high walls of the Sungai Buloh Prison.

But that was not really how it was done.
And of course I can’t tell you how it was done in case we need to do it again. But what matters is that they believed this was how it was done and they dropped the seven charges against Anwar to ‘plug the holes’.They were one happy bunch of Special Branch officers the day they broke the news to me that they had dropped the balance seven charges against Anwar. And I had to pretend I was so disappointed and unhappy that they had outsmarted us.

Yes, I bet those Special Branch officers did not have to sit for IQ tests when they were 11 or 12 years old.
If not they would have had to figure out how to cross the bridge after 7.00pm when the guard is sitting right in the middle of the bridge to stop anyone from crossing. And then they would have figured out you need to fool the guard by pretending that you are crossing from one direction whereas you are actually crossing from the opposite direction. Then they would have known that, if you can successfully fool the guard, he would actually assist you to cross to the side, where you actually wanted to go.

Yes, there is more I want to reveal. But let this suffice for today. In the next article we shall talk more about how to play cat and mouse games with the Malaysian police. No, nothing that has happened thus far is anything we did not want to happen. They think they have us on the run. They think they have sent us underground. Is that so? Lt Col George Armstrong Custer also thought he had the Indians on the run. By the time he realised it was the other way around, it was too late. Little Bighorn was Custer’s last stand and where the Seventh Calvary met its doom. More later, and stay safe till then.

I know who just might be the next person to go missing in Malaysia!

Recently there are a lot of people to go missing in Malaysia (i.e. Bala, Hilmi, and etc.)

So who will be next?!? I came across this interesting article. For those of you who don't wanna read it yourself, I will sum it up for you!

We all know fake Perak MB, Zambry wants to remove the Perak Assembly Speaker.
But how is he gonna do it?!?
It is quite clear that Sivakumar is still the speaker. Being the speaker it is his prerogative to allow any motion to take place.
One way Zambry can do that is if Sivakumar is absent form this coming assembly meeting.
So don't be surprise if Siva suddenly go missing!

What was Najib motive/purpose?!?

Recently I am sure a you would have read about Najib's recent trip to KL using the LRT.

What was his purpose or motive?!?
To find out about the hardship of the ordinary rakyat?
Did he not know about all this or seen this with his own eye's before this!
Does he not have reliable people to give him this kind of reports?!?
Or does he not trust his own people till he has to come see for himself?

Or was all this just a mere publicity stunt?!?!

To answer that question, one must asked the question what has been accomplished/ or will be accomplished from his humbling trip down to us normal people.

Is there any improvement in the traffic or crime rate or etc after his visit?!?
Has he personally look into or follow up on any of the things he saw during his visit?!?

Below is a short Video of his trip!
And the only thing I see him accomplishing is to create more traffic and congestion and inconvenience to the rakyat.

If he really wanted to be humble and see things for himself, he should have left his bodyguards, escort, limo, and all his kiss @ss supporters behind and actually walk as a normal rakyat and actually talk to them!

Now we can only wait and see if he back up his talk with action!

Real reason behind the Columbine High School Massacre!

Darrell Scott, the father of Rachel Scott, a victim of the Columbine High School shootings in Littleton, Colorado , was invited to address the House Judiciary Committee's subcommittee. What he said to our national leaders during this special session of Congress was painfully truthful.
They were not prepared for what he was to say, nor was it received well.. It needs to be heard by every parent, every teacher, every politician, every sociologist, every psychologist, and every so-called expert! These courageous words spoken by Darrell Scott are powerful, penetrating, and deeply personal. There is no doubt that God sent this man as a voice crying in the wilderness. The following is a portion of the transcript:

"Since the dawn of creation there has been both good & evil in the hearts of men and women. We all contain the seeds of kindness or the seeds of violence. The death of my wonderful daughter, Rachel Joy Scott, and the deaths of that heroic teacher, and the other eleven children who died must not be in vain. Their blood cries out for answers.

"The first recorded act of violence was when Cain slew his brother Abel out in the field. The villain was not the club he used.. Neither was it the NCA, the National Club Association. The true killer was Cain, and the reason for the murder could only be found in Cain's heart.

"In the days that followed the Columbine tragedy, I was amazed at how quickly fingers began to be pointed at groups such as the NRA. I am not a member of the NRA. I am not a hunter. I do not even own a gun. I am not here to represent or defend the NRA - because I don't believe that they are responsible for my daughter's death. Therefore I do not believe that they need to be defended. If I believed they had anything to do with Rachel's murder I would be their strongest opponent.

I am here today to declare that Columbine was not just a tragedy -- it was a spiritual event that should be forcing us to look at where the real blame lies! Much of the blame lies here in this room. Much of the blame lies behind the pointing fingers of the accusers themselves. I wrote a poem just four nights ago that expresses my feelings best.

Your laws ignore our deepest needs,
Your words are empty air.
You've stripped away our heritage,
You've outlawed simple prayer.
Now gunshots fill our classrooms,
And precious children die..
You seek for answers everywhere,
And ask the question "Why?"
You regulate restrictive laws,
Through legislative creed.
And yet you fail to understand,
That God is what we need!

" Men and women are three-part beings. We all consist of body, mind, and spirit. When we refuse to acknowledge a third part of our make-up, we create a void that allows evil, prejudice, and hatred to rush in and wreak havoc. Spiritual presences were present within our educational
systems for most of our nation's history. Many of our major colleges began as theological seminaries. This is a historical fact. What has happened to us as a nation? We have refused to honor God, and in so doing, we open the doors to hatred and violence. And when something as terrible as Columbine's tragedy occurs -- politicians immediately look for a scapegoat such as the NRA. They immediately seek to pass more restrictive laws that contribute to erode away our personal and private liberties. We do not need more restrictive laws. Eric and Dylan would not have been stopped by metal detectors. No amount of gun laws can stop someone who spends months planning this type of massacre. The real villain lies within our own hearts.

"As my son Craig lay under that table in the school library and saw his two friends murdered before his very eyes, he did not hesitate to pray in school. I defy any law or politician to deny him that right! I challenge every young person in America , and around the world, to realize that on April 20, 1999, at Columbine High School prayer was brought back to our schools. Do not let the many prayers offered by those students be in vain. Dare to move into the new millennium with a sacred disregard for legislation that violates your God-given right to communicate with Him. To those of you who would point your finger at the NRA -- I give to you a sincere challenge. Dare to examine your
own heart before casting the first stone!

My daughter's death will not be in vain! The young people of this country will not allow that to happen!"
Do what the media did not - - let the nation hear this man's speech...

Another missing person in Malaysia!

Muslim convert, K Patmanathan, and his one-year-old daughter Prasana Diksa has gone missing!

Last week, the Ipoh High Court granted M Indira Ghandi the custody of all her three children, who were converted by their father without her knowledge on April 12, pending the full custody hearing on May 12.

As the older children – Tevi Darsiny, 12 and Karan Dinesh, 11 – were in the care of their mother from the beginning, the court ordered that the youngest child which is in her father's care to be returned to the mother.

However, despite the court order to return the toddler, the father, who has since the conversion assumed the name Mohd Ridzuan Abdullah, has gone missing.

According to Indira, the police had informed her that they visited Mohd Ridzuan’s mother's house to look for the child, who was said to be in her grandmother's care, on Friday but return empty-handed. “They have not taken the initiative to do anything else to look for him... I am only worried about my baby, I don't how she is doing as she is so young,” said Indira.

Indira also said her husband informed her that he was leaving for Singapore with their youngest child and will not return her to the mother despite the court order.

This is outrages! Should not the Police consider this a kidnap case and place greater urgency in finding the baby (whose still needs nursing from the mother). I cannot understand this force conversion issue! Should not your believe be something personal and of free will?!? Are certain religious authorities feeling so insecure that their religion will disappear if they don't force people to convert!

Datuk Seri Dr Rais Yatim should take a look at some of this other website first!

He said those writing untruths would be penalised under the Communications and Multimedia Act.
I wonder if Rais Yatim have seen some the sites that demonize the opposition party to the point of threatening to kill them??!
These website are still running and no action has been taken at all against them!

(click here to see for yourself!)

I would like to see the owner of some of these websites prosecuted first before he has any credibility in his words!

& what about Utusan Malaysia vicious attack on Teresa Kok?!?! Was any action taken by the Govt on this newspaper!?!?

Is Rais Yatim serious about seeing justice done or is he just threatening bloggers that are telling the truth about the evils of this country??

Is this orgn a BN or UMNO slave!?!?

A movement calling itself Gagasan Melayu Perak (GMP) has lodged a police report against
Malaysiakini over a news report which the website had not published.
This GMP movement is really acting like UMNO's goon!!!
Why?!?! I show you why!

1. Those jokes were dumb enough to make a police report on a case that didn't exist!
HAHAHAHAHA!!!!!
In the police report, GMP president Mohd Hilmi Ismail claimed that Malaysiakini had published an article insulting the Sultan of Perak, Sultan Azlan Shah, and Raja Muda of Perak, Raja Dr Nazrin Shah. The said article, headlined ‘Raja Nazrin defends monarchy against ridicule’, was allegedly published by Malaysiakini on Tuesday. But a check revealed that no such report was published by the online news daily.

2. Always raise racial issue and say that it is a threat to national security when in truth, they are the ones who are a threat to national security!
Mohd Hilmi (right) and his group lodged the report at the Sungai Senam police station near Ipoh at 5pm yesterday. According to Bernama, Mohd Hilmi had told reporters that the police report was lodged because GMP considered the news carried by the website as rude and discourteous to the monarchy in the state. He also said GMP hoped that the Ministry of Information, Communications and Culture would take action against the website for abusing information technology without considering the implication on national security.

3. Like to accuse people without proper facts or even bother to do their home work before shooting their mouth off!
Malaysiakini contacted GMP this morning to seek clarification over the police report and was told by Mohd Hilmi that he was not aware if Malaysiakini had carried such a report before going to the police.“I didn’t know about the said article. I was informed by my staff and I lodged a report,” he said. When asked if he realised that he could have tarnished Malaysiakini reputation with his police report, Mohd Hilmi asked: “Isn’t Malaysiakini the same as Malaysian Today or some other blogs?”

4. Don't even have the guts to apologise in person!!!
About an hour after contacting Mohd Hilmi, GMP's legal advisor Nor Ali Nordin called Malaysiakini to apologise for their error."My president (Mohd Hilmi) just spoke to me and we would like to apologise to Malaysiakini for our mistake," he said.He also said that he and other GMP members will be going to the Sungai Senam police station at 3pm today to rectify their original police report.

5. When all else fails, just blame the mass media for the confusion!!!
The movement also blamed Utusan Malaysia for confusing the issue and naming Malaysiakini in its report."We have informed Utusan Malaysia to make the necessary corrections," said the unsigned statement from the movement's legal advisor.

Now does this not sound exactly like what a typical UMNO goon will do?!?!

After Altantuya, Next we will see another media ban of another Foreign Model!

Another foreign model missing in Malaysia?!? Hmm......does this have Najis smell all over it?!?
Check out this page!! Very details with a lot of pictures on this case!
Especially if you want to look at the Royalty involved in this issue!!
Straight Talk Blog is spot on about how come this model's mother-in-law can be bared from entering the country!
1. Why is the Malaysian Immigration Department involved?
2. On what basis the mother-in-law was banned from entering Malaysia?
3. Who gave the instruction to the Malaysian Immigration Department to deny the entry of the Indonesian mother?
4. Is there an abuse of authority involved?
5. Can a royal family instruct the immigration department to ban someone from entering the country?
6. With cases like this coming up, do we really dare to return immunity back to the Sultans!??

More stupid BN leaders!

Got this article from Malaysiakini! Thought it showed that BN has another "smart" politician in their books!
When a judge is plainly wrong, especially when he claims to interpret the obvious, it is not wrong for any right thinking member of the public to criticise him.

In New Sunday Times, there appears this astonishing remark (because it is erroneous in law) which was attributed to a minister in the Prime Minister's Department. According to the report, Mohamed Nazri Abdul Aziz (left) has hit out at Perak DAP chief Ngeh Koo Ham for questioning a Federal Court ruling pertaining to Perak.Nazri said Ngeh should not question the court's decision that Perak state assembly speaker V Sivakumar did not have the power to suspend Menteri Besar Zambry Abdul Kadir and six BN state executive council members from attending the state assembly sittings.“‘There was no question of the judiciary interfering in the legislature as claimed by Ngeh as the courts were the best place to seek interpretation of the constitution or law,’ he told reporters,” said the report.

“Nazri said the law did not intend to equip a speaker of a legislative assembly with unrestricted authority.”Everyone knows that Ngeh (right) was talking about Article 72 (1) of the Federal Constitution which states,

“The validity of any proceedings in the Legislative Assembly of any State shall not be questioned in any court.”

But what the minister was saying is that "the courts were the best place to seek interpretation of the constitution".

Now I ask Malaysiakini readers, do you, as a member of the general public, need a judge to interpret Article 72 (1)?

However, when the judges were asked to interpret clause 1 of Article 72, as we have recently observed, they have blatantly refused to apply the constitutional provision as it stands. We know that the words mean what they say.

According to the dictionary, the word “interpret” means “explain the meaning of”. I don't think we need the Federal Court or any court to explain the meaning of Article 72 to us - the meaning is plain enough for ordinary Malaysians to understand.‘It means what I choose it to mean’ No one in his right senses would attempt to interpret the obvious meaning of the words in Article 72 (1), unless he wants to say the words mean something else as Humpty Dumpty did in Lewis Carrol’s ‘Through the Looking Glass’." I don't know what you mean by 'glory'."Alice said.Humpty Dumpty smiled contemptuously. "Of course you don't - till I tell you. I meant 'there's a nice knock-down argument for you!'"

"But 'glory' doesn't mean 'a nice knock-down argument’," Alice objected."When I use a word," Humpty Dumpty said, in rather a scornful tone, "it means just what I choose it to mean - neither more nor less."" The question is," said Alice, "whether you can make words mean so many different things.""The question is," said Humpty Dumpty, "which is to be master - that's all."Alice was too much puzzled to say anything. Then, like Humpty Dumpty, Nazri made this amazingly naive statement: " The law - meaning Article 72 (1) - did not intend to equip a speaker of a legislative assembly with unrestricted authority."But that was not the point of what Ngeh said. So what if the speaker was wrong on what he did or said or ordered in the legislative assembly?

The supreme law of the land says that "the validity of any proceeedings in the Legislative Assembly of any State shall not be questioned in any court".This could only mean that all differences which occured in the legislative assembly could only be resolved by the assembly, within the assembly itself. The validity of any proceedings in the assembly is beyond the reach of the courts - so said the Constitution of Malaysia. The "law" does not mean, as the minister wanted it to mean, that it "did not intend to equip a speaker of a legislative assembly with unrestricted authority". Like Alice, the general public were too much puzzled by such a naive remark.Judges do not fear criticism

Anyway, why should a judge be afraid of criticism of his judgment if he has done nothing wrong and he is only doing his duty to administer justice according to law? Judges do not fear criticism, nor do they resent it.In the Privy Council case of Ambard v Attorney-General for Trinidad and Tobago, this was what Lord Atkin said:“The path of criticism is a public way: the wrong-headed are permitted to err therein, provided that members of the public abstain from imputing improper motives to those taking part in the administration of justice, and are genuinely exercising a right of criticism, and not acting in malice or attempting to impair the administration of justice, they are immune.“Justice is not a cloistered virtue: she must be allowed to suffer the scrutiny and respectful, even though outspoken, comments of ordinary men."

NH CHAN is a former Court of Appeal judge famous for his ‘All is not well in the House of Denmark’ comment regarding judicial corruption. He was then referring to High Court’s commercial division which was located in Wisma Denmark, Kuala Lumpur. The quote is based on Shakespeare’s ‘Something is rotten in the state of Denmark’. He now lives in Ipoh.

Stupid man strikes again!

As expected! Bias judgement given in favour of BN!

Are we surprise by this verdict?!

The Federal Court today lifted Perak speaker V Sivakumar's suspension order against BN Menteri Besar Zambry Abd Kadir and his six executive council members from the state assembly.
In a unanimous decision, the five-member panel led by Court of Appeal president Allaudin Mohd Sheriff ruled that Perak speaker V Sivakumar had acted beyond his powers in issuing the suspensions.

In another case....
The Federal Court dismissed Hindraf leaders R. Kenghadaran’s and M. Manoharan’s habeas corpus application that was based on the grounds of a procedural defect in the proceedings of the ISA advisory board.
The two had made the application before Kenghadaran was given a conditional release on April 3. Manoharan is still under detention.

Does this not reflect badly on the credibility and the independence of our judiciary?
When you see judgement like this, don't you wish that we need a change of government in order to revamp our judiciary so that it can gain back its dignity and respect!?!?!

Major test of Najib's 1 Malaysia plan!

Utusan Malaysia article today is a real slap in the face to Najib's 1 Malaysia plan!

This racist article filled with statement like...

Katanya, jumlah kerusi terbanyak di Parlimen adalah milik Melayu dan ia cukup untuk membentuk sebuah kerajaan berasaskan wakil rakyat Melayu semata-mata di negara ini.
(The total of seats in Parliment that belongs to Malay is enough to form a government that consist of Malay representative in this country).

How lah is Najib going to promote 1 Malaysia plan when he has major newspaper coming out with articles like this?!?!

Who lah is going to believe Najib if in his 1 Malaysia plan if he does not take action against this newspaper?!?!

The ball is in Hishamuddin court now!
Will he give a show cause letter to Utusan Malaysia for inciting racial sentiment?!?!

A brave women and a stupid man!

Selangor Menteri Besar Khalid Ibrahim today announced that embattled politician Elizabeth Wong , state assemblyperson for Bukit Lanjan and Selangor executive councillor for Tourism, Consumer Affairs and the Environment will remain as both executive councillor as well as Bukit Lanjan assemblyperson.

"This is the hardest decision that I have to make in my life and it is with the greatest humility that I accept the Selangor state’s offer to remain in office."

Also in her statement,
"I have been stripped bare publicly – both figuratively and literally – by force and against my will. My personal life has been violated and assaulted by none other than criminals. Even up to this evening, I continue to receive threats from unknown persons.
This is not a scandal, as some have suggested, but a clear criminal act. This is no less a form of criminal intimidation, a form of political violence, and one which, if I chose to retreat into silence, would in turn indirectly affect women, especially women politicians."

Kudos to her! She is indeed a brave women to stand up against such evil tactics by her political opponents. She is not only standing up for herself but also for Malaysian women in politics.

Then we have a stup!d man call Khir who told Malaysiakini that Barisan National (BN) would benefit from this decision and that they will exploit and politicise this issue for a long time. He also (sarcastically) thank the (Selangor government) for the decision.
I cannot imagine how a guy that dumb could have become the Menteri Besar of Selangor?!?
He is going to cause BN to lose all the women votes in Selangor!!
Instead of protecting women from such explotation, the selfish bugger can only see this as an opportunity to gain political millage! What an idiot!
Even his own UMNO youth rejected him! I guarantee his political career is finish in the next general election! Who would vote for such a heartless, selfish, male chauvinist p!g!
I hope this stup!d man gets prosecuted for this Disneyland case!

New DPM but same type of stupid crap!!! -part 2

Like all good BN leaders, DPM Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin follow the "BN guidebook for dummies" faithfully and accuse the media for twisting his words!

Here are some example of other BN leaders who were misquoted!

Don't you just wish that we had leaders who have the balls to raise their hands and admit their mistake (when they screw up), instead of blaming everyones else except for themselves??!?!

Maybe the joke that BN on won the "Batang" seat but lost the 2 "Bukit" seat has more truth to it than I thought! Hahahaha!!!

Monday, April 13, 2009

New DPM but same type of stupid crap!!!

Whether it is Najib or new Deputy Prime Minister Muhyiddin Yassin, the mentality of the BN leaders never cease to amaze me!

In an
interview given by Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin in Mingguan Malaysia yesterday, (“Kuasa penentu Melayu hilang jika terus berpecah”) the sheer arrogance of this DPM is stunning!

Muhyiddin Yassin mention that he felt cheated by the reception given to BN and that the Chinese should have "balas budi" (return the favour) for helping the Chinese school!

What a pile of BullSh!T!

I salute Penang Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng for coming out to say....

“Why should the people be grateful to elected representatives?”

“The elected representatives like Muhyiddin are the ones who should be grateful to the people for electing them.”

“Education and its funding shall not be politicised. They shall be institutionalised. It’s the government duty (to fund education),” said Lim.

3 cheers for the Penang Chief!
Finally we have some leaders in Malaysia who have a brain!

*I wonder how this DPM is going to win back the "People's" vote in 2 years if he keeps giving stupid interview like this.

No surprise as Perak defectors get to keep their seats!

The three independent Perak assemblypersons will remain state representatives after the Federal Court ruled today that the Election Commission was the rightful body to declare vacancies in the state seat.

The trio - Hee Yit Foong (Jelapang), Mohd Osman Mohd Jailu (Changkat Jering) and Jamaluddin Mohd Radzi (Behrang) - had quit their respective parties to back BN in the shock takeover of the Perak government on Feb 4.

Perak speaker V Sivakumar had submitted resignation letters to the Election Commission to declare the seats void but the EC refuse to do so.

Are we surprise with the Federal Court's rulling?!?
Don't you think this country need some serious reconstructive surgery to its Judiciary, EC and Police Force?!?!
Do you think the BN govt will do it?!?!

So many losers in Najib's new Cabinet!

Wow never in the history of Malaysia do we have so many loser appointed to the cabinet lah!
Let me prove my point!
Take a look at the six new appointed senators.

1. Shahrizat is the Umno Wanita chief she lost her Lembah Pantai MP seat in the last general election.
2. Chew Mei Fun lost her Petaling Jaya Utara seat in the last general election too!
3. Koh Tsu Koon and his Gerakan was completely wipe out in Penang!
4, Awang Adek, the former Kelantan Umno deputy chief. He also lost in the last general election.
5. In addition Mukhriz Mahathir (Tun Mahathir's Son) who lost in the last UMNO election (for the President of Pemuda UMNO post) but was still appointed as the Deputy Minister of International Trade and Industry.
Makes me wonder why Najib doesn't just throw in Samy Vellu as well!!!
Interesting to note that Umno Youth chief Khairy Jamaluddin is not in this line up despite winning the last UMNO election.
I guess this just proves who the real Prime Minister of this country is......Let's just hope he does bring back his cruel old ways back as well!

Stupid excuse made my stupid BN leaders after their defeat!

I was reading Malaysiakini on the BN leaders reaction to their losses in the two Bukit seats!

Some of the VVIP excuse for their losses really make them look stupid!!

Example 1
New Umno deputy president Muhyiddin Yassin
Insisted that the by-elections are not a referendum of Najib Abdul Razak's premiership as he has just taken over the office. "Maybe the people have a feel-good factor relating to Najib's premiership, but they have yet to absorb the good feelings."
(HAHAHAHAHAHA!!!! Absorb the good feelings?!?! WTF is he talking about?!?!?Hahahaha!!)

Example 2
MCA President Ong Tee Keat
"They (the rakyat) do not want to hear promises of change but they want to experience real change," he said on his blog."
(Now only you realize this ah?!?!Slow lah you!!)

Example 3
Newly-minted Umno vice-president Hishamuddin Hussein
"We must see what needs to be changed...... We must study the trend of the voters and see what else needs to be satisfied. "
(Huh! Until now you still do not get what the rakyat want ah?!?! Is he retarded?!?!? So simple!! First...don't bully the Indian community! Second!! Dissolve the Perak state govt!!! Third! Don't cover up the truth behind the Altantuya murder!!! Like that also cannot understand ah?!?!?)

He also said....
"You must understand, this is not our seat and not our state, we did not lose our own seat. So to look at it in such a defeated manner... I am not prepared to do that,"
(See this the perfect example of BN leaders who cannot get to grip with reality!! Face it! UMNO is sinking!! That seat was MIC for so long until 8th March 2008! And soon the whole country will also not be your seat anymore (weather you can accept it or not!!!)

BN 1 PKR 2 - Congratulation Rakyat Malaysia!

Today the people of Malaysia shows just what they think off their new Prime Minister and his advisor (Tun Mahathir)!!

I believe the people of Perak also just told the Sultan of Perak just what they thought of his decision with regards to the Perak government!

Bukit Gantang
OFFICIAL RESULTS
Mohd Jamaluddin Nizar (PAS) 21,860
Ismail Saffian (BN-Umno) 19,071
Kamarul Ramizu Idris (Ind) 62

Majority - 2,789 (In 2008, the majority was 1,566)

Batang Ai
OFFICIAL RESULTS
BN's Malcolm Mussem Lamoh (3,907 votes)
PKR's Jawah Gerang (2,053).

Majority - 1,854 (In 2006, the majority was 806)

Bukit Selembau
Manikumar retained the seat for PKR by winning with a 2,396-vote majority
(In 2008, the majority was 2,362-vote majority)

Pity the Batang Ai people still do not have the resolve to change for the better! I guess you can say they are still in the dark. Probably because the BN government still have not provide them electricity (even through there is a hydro dam next to them!)

Home Minister Speak more Rubbish!

I like this comment in Malaysiakini!
I thought I cut it out for your reading pleasure!

Home Minister Syed Hamid Albar said the move to release the 13 detainees was Prime Minister Najib Tun Razak’s own decision. This shows that the PM has usurped the powers of the advisory board and the home minister.

It was further reported that Najib had ‘...put the interest of the nation above self’. Is the PM satisfied that these individuals are no longer a ‘threat to national security’? On what basis did he arrive at such a conclusion? If these people are still a threat to national security, the PM could be jeopardising national security by releasing them.

How did the self-interest come into the equation? It looks like the home minister is not aware of the law and his responsibilities. Better we get a more qualified home minister. I get worried whenever the home minister speaks, he speaks rubbish.

Najib release 13 ISA detainee! SO WHAT!

SO Najib release 13 ISA detainee.
Big deal!
We all know it is just a publicity stunt!
In fact, this only proves that the BN govt catches and release its own citizens at their own conveniences, and for their own selfish reasons!!!

Where is the rule of law, the human rights law, the basic human decency?!?

If Najib was serious about reforms , he would have release all the detainees, close down Kamunting camp and abolish the ISA completely!!!
Follow Obama's example lah!! See he had the guts to close Guantanomo Bay camp!

DO YOU KNOW....

Some of the ISA detainees that were freed were pose certain condition to their release?!?!?

For example, the two Hindraf leaders are not allowed to leave Shah Alam and Petaling Jaya, and must be home by 7 pm every night, exchanging detention in Kamunting Detention Centre!!

THIS IS NOT REPORTED IN THE NEWS RIGHT!!?!?!

Hah!! So much for ISA detainees being release!
Najib promised to conduct a comprehensive review on the ISA.
Are we not sick of that stupid reason BN govt always give by now!?!?!
Always say we will study the matter but no action wan!!!

Personal Attack! BN style of Campaigning

When you campaign in an election, you talk about National Issues, Local Issues, how to help the community.

It is only when you are desperate, that you resort to dirty tactics by smugging your opponent's good name!

This is what BN has resort to!
Shameful, dirty, corrupt BN tactics!!

I can understand if you attack a candidate if you can prove that he is corrupt and has a criminal record. However to attack them on personal issue is just plain desperate!!

What's more to attack Elizabeth Wong who is not even a candidate in the by-election shows just how low BN has sunk!!

How dare BN talk about other people's morality when they have sexy girls dancing for them in their ceramah just before their VIP speaks?!?!

Why are the BN component parties women's wing not come out to protest this type of dirty tactics?!?!?

Is it because they are useless, toothless and under the complete control of their UMNO slave masters?!?

I hope people in the by-election area are mature enough to see through BN's childish, shameless, dirty tactics and kick them completely out of their area!!

Prime Minister of the poeple or Prime Minister of Corrupted UMNO leaders!

Apr 3, 09 10:05am
Najib Abdul Razak takes the oath as Malaysia's sixth prime minister before the king this morning.
But is a Prime Minister chosen by the people of Malaysia?!?
He certainly does not have my respect or vote?!?
I wonder how many Malaysian out there would have chosen him?!?
Unfortunately in Malaysia, we Malaysian do not have a say about this matter!
So who does?!?!

How did Najib become the Prime Minister if he does not even have the respect and confidence of the majority of Malaysian?!?!?

Well all you have to do is to get 191 UMNO Division leaders to nominate you as the UMNO President and walah! You are the Prime Minister of Malaysia!!!

Doesn't matter if you have corruption scandal hanging around you!
Doesn't matter if you have a murder scandal hanging around you!
Doesn't matter if you handle the Perak takeover terribly!
As long as you can get 191 UMNO Division nomination, you don't have to give a damn on what the rest of Malaysia or the world thinks about you!
Doesn't seem fair right?!? Well as long as BN is in power this is what you get!

Congratulation Najib on your premiership!
This is you chance to prove to us Malaysian that you are not the evil, corrupt, dictator that we think you are!

Sexy BN Gals!!!!

If you are wonder what is Barisan National's strategy to lure voters?!?
Look no further than the picture below!!!

Hahahahahaha!!!! How desperate can BN get ah?!?!? Are they that stupid to think that a little bit of entertainment can win them votes ah!?!?! I wonder if they serve free beer as well!?!?!
Hahahahaha!!!!!!
Ahmad Zahid Hamidi, the newly-elected Umno vice-president and Minister in the Prime Minister’s Department in-charge of Islamic affairs. said that they were a "part of the Chinese culture".

Eh! Somebody should tell Zahid that not all of us Chinese are as shallow as the BN leaders! Where a little bit of food and skin will win them votes!

I guess from this we know the BN leaders mentality!!!

This also shows that Zahid knows nothing about Chinese culture! If he had wanted Chinese Culture, then put up lah lion dance! Chinese Opera, Chinese Traditional Instrument!

Stupid fella cannot tell the difference between Chinese Culture and Secular Culture??!?!
Is Bapok a Malay culture ah?!?

The fact that MCA and Gerakan needs this type of activity to lure people to listen to them, show how irrelevant MCA and Gerakan has become!

Oh NO!!! The Dictator is back!!!

I AM BACK!!!!

And all you opposition are gonna suffer!!!!

Hahahah!!!!

Malaysiakini reported today that Former premier Dr Mahathir Mohamad will come back to UMNO and support their by-election campaign after Pak Lah leaves!
Will the very oppressive style in terms of mass-media persecution come back as well?!?!?
Will the blatant inhumane clamp down of human rights and freedom of speech be curb mercilessly again!!?!?!?
Oh! I fear for Malaysia and those poor people who are in the front lines fighting for justice and equality for all!!!

All we can do is Pray!

BN's Perak MB ask people to take bribe and defies restriction set by Police!

Malaysiakini reported today.....
BN-appointed menteri besar Zambry Abd Kadir ask the people to take the "bribe" that was allegedly given by PKR and then to vote for BN!
Does this reflect a good character for a menteri besar?!?!
Is this the type of leaders BN has?!?!?
Is this enough grounds to report to the MACC ah?!?!

In the same article Malaysiakini reported that Zambry's ceramah ended at 11.50pm. Which was well pass the stipulated time given by the police to end all political ceramah!
Is there two saparate conditions impose by the police for the opposition and BN?!?!
If PKR's ceramah when pass 11pm, will the police be just as gracious to them?!?!
And what was Zambry's defence to this!?!?!
(Of course take the standard answer from the BN handbook lah!)
1. Plea stupidity (Opps!) I mean ignorance and...
2. Blame it back on the police for not informing him!!!
I dunno about the law too much, but the last time I check, ignorance of the law is no excuse for breaking the law!!!!!
(unless you are from BN lah!)
